Texas Women's Basketball will take on the Gonzaga Bulldogs in the Sweet 16 on Friday night. They will be playing at the Moda Center in Portland. It might feel like a home game for the Bulldogs since their university is in Spokane, Washington.

However, the Longhorns have done well on the road this season, so it shouldn't be a difference-maker Friday. Both teams have similar records so it could be a very close game for 40 minutes. Here is the tale of the tape between the Longhorns and Bulldogs.

The Longhorns must keep an eye on senior forward Yvonne Ejim. She leads the Bulldogs in points with 20 points and nine boards a game. The one player that the Longhorns must stop is Senior guard Kaylynne Truong. She is the best three-point shooter on the team. She makes 43 percent of her shots from beyond the arc. The Longhorns can not let her get hot from beyond the arc.

The Texas Longhorns will need Freshman guard Madison Booker at the top of her game. She looked sharp in her second NCAA Tournament game Sunday night against the Crimson Tide, scoring 21 points. Senior guard Shaylee Gonzales needs to be on fire from beyond the arc. She finished with 21 points in the first game against Drexel.

The Longhorns will also need help from their forwards if they want to advance to the Elite 8. Junior forward Aaliyah Moore. She finished with 21 points on Sunday. They will also need help from Jones as well. She needs to get to the rim and grab offensive and defensive rebounds. If the Bulldogs can box out either forward, the Longhorns could play their last game of the year on Friday night.
