Oklahoma and head coach Brent Venables pulled off a big second-half comeback on the road in a raucous environment at Jordan-Hare Stadium against Auburn and head coach Hugh Freeze in Week 5. The Sooners went on a 21-0 second half scoring run, including the game-winning pick-six, to get their first SEC win.
New starting quarterback Michael Hawkins Jr. got his first win for Oklahoma after Jackson Arnold was benched last week.

The South Carolina Gamecocks got to rest up and recover during its bye week this weekend. Next up for head coach Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks is a matchup at home in Columbia against an Ole Miss squad fresh off an upset loss at the hands of Kentucky in Week 5.

The nation's No. 1 ranked offense was held to a season-low 353 total yards and just 17 points in a big upset loss at home in Oxford against Kentucky in Week 5. Kiffin's squad missed a potential game-tying field goal late in the fourth quarter that could've sent the contest against Kentucky to overtime.

Texas A&M and first-year head coach Mike Elko keep finding ways to grind out victories in tight one-score games this season. It wasn't pretty, but the Aggies escaped Arlington last weekend in the rivalry game against Arkansas with a four-point victory, thanks to a couple of key turnovers by the Hogs offense in the second half.
Next weekend, the Aggies host the No. 9 Mizzou Tigers in their second ranked matchup of the season at Kyle Field in College Station.
