Most of America didn't think that Texas would be in the position that they are right now, having just upset Gonzaga in the Round of 32. Though things were a bit shaky in a couple spots tonight, Sean Miller had his guys playing at an incredibly consistent level on both ends of the court.
Different situations call for different lineups, and it's pretty safe to say that Miller was absolutely flawless tonight in his decision-making when it came to personnel groupings. He brought in Chendall Weaver to apply more pressure on Gonzaga's ball handlers early on, and then he put Camden Heide back in the game when the team needed more shooters to close out the matchup.
Sean Miller's pat on the back
“In honor of Wally Szczerbiak as a shooter, I’ve got to tell you I’m going to take credit. I put him [Heide] in. It was like one of those things where you see it so many times. Just to have another guy on the court who can make a three. Cam paid us back here tonight in a lot of ways. He, really, it was an amazing shot. The biggest shot of the season. And I’m glad he had the confidence to take it. And I’m actually glad I put him in. I’ll take credit there.”

Miller 100% deserves credit for putting a full-rested Camden Heide back on the floor when he did, as he's been one of the most consistent three-point shooters on the roster as of late.
It's little details like this that make Sean Miller one of the best head coaches in the league, and he continues to show why his teams do so incredibly well in the postseason. Oh, and by the way, Miller is now 10-0 all-time in Round of 32 games throughout his career. Onto the Sweet 16!
