Steve Sarkisian has the No. 1 recruiting class of 2025 in the nation. Now, the Texas Longhorns' head coach is working to do the same with his class of 2026 prospects.
Most recently, Sarkisian and the Longhorns were included in the final five schools for four-star wide receiver prospect Kayden Dixon-Wyatt. The wideouts' decision day is already just a few days away.
On Wednesday, April 30, Dixon-Wyatt announced his final five schools, as well as sharing that he would announce his commitment on Sunday, May 4. Alongside Texas in his final five schools are the Oregon Ducks, USC Trojans, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Ohio State Buckeyes.
The Oakland, CA native stands at 6-foot-2 and is already up to 180 pounds, putting his build relatively close to that of an upperclassman collegiate wide receiver. According to 247Sports, Dixon-Wyatt is the No. 6 wideout in the class of 2026 and the No. 10 overall athlete out of the state of California.
