Steve Sarkisian subtly shuts down Texas schedule haters

Sark came across something on social media this morning that he liked, and he hilariously made it known.

Texas HC Steve Sarkisian recently commented on an "X" post that spoke facts about the Longhorns' resume' when it comes to the type of wins that they're consistently racking up. This, of course, was in response to everyone talking about how they "don't play anyone". Where that idea comes from, nobody knows.

This honestly couldn't be more false, as Texas consistently defeats some of the best teams in all of college football every year. It was funny to see Sark showing up on social media this morning and dropping a simple emoji comment on this post.

Despite what everyone in the college football world was saying last season when it came to why the Longhorns shouldn't have made the playoffs, Texas beat more top 10 teams in the 2025 season alone than any other team in the country. They racked up more quality wins than a lot of the top-seeded teams in the CFP combined.

It made absolutely no sense whatsoever why they were left out of the CFP after Alabama lost to Georgia, but I digress.

Maybe the Longhorns will be able to get some respect in 2026 when they inevitably defeat some of the top teams again, but probably not, per usual.
