The updated Rivals300 rankings were recently released and future Longhorns quarterback Dia Bell is now officially the No.1 ranked QB and the No.2 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class.

It was only a matter of time before the American Heritage HS (Fort Lauderdale, FL) signal-caller became the top-ranked QB, especially with the type of hype and potential that comes with being an incredible athlete at the position. He already has NFL-caliber size and measurements, with his 10" hands being one of the main focal points in that category.

He has an incredibly smooth release and efficient throwing motion that allows him to quickly fire off passes from different arm angles in the pocket.

Bell has also officially become the 4th Texas quarterback recruit since the mid-90s to be ranked as either the No.1 or No.2 overall prospect in America, according to Orangbloods.com.

The other names are Chris Simms (1999), Vince Young (2002), and Arch Manning (2023).
