The 2026 NFL Draft is officially here as it begins on Thursday, April 23rd, and lasts until Saturday, April 25th. There's a very good chance that up to 8 or 9 Longhorns will be selected in this year's event, and we're going to try to predict exactly when and where our guys will hear their name called.

Without further ado, let's jump right into it!

It's possible that Hill Jr. sneaks his way into the first round on Thursday night, but the safe bet is that he'll be one of the first players off the board on day two. He lands with the linebacker-needy Titans who focused on offense in the first round.

Muhammad has been flying up draft boards since the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl, and the Bengals are elated to nab him in the third round. He brings above-average technical prowess and processing skills to a team that's been desperate to find help at cornerback.

Endries is pretty good at a lot of things, but not great at them. Despite getting some round three-hype recently, he lands with Carolina in the fourth round, who's currently looking to add talent to the tight end room alongside former Longhorns pass-catcher Ja'Tavion Sanders.

Taaffe is probably a top three to four safety in this year's class when it comes to mental acuity, and the Lions are able to jump on him at pick 128. Detroit is looking for playable depth in the secondary, with the current state of their safety room on the rocks and riddled with injuries.

The Cleveland Browns are continuously in the market for offensive linemen, and they get an excellent player in D.J. Campbell in the fifth round. He'll provide Cleveland's interior with top-notch depth and experience at the highest level of college football.

Moore is an exceptional athlete at 6'1.5", 243 lbs., and he fits the mold of what the Patriots defense looks for in its pass rushers. New England has had some bad luck with injuries over the past couple of seasons at defensive end and at SAM, so they're incredibly excited to have Moore fall right into their lap in the sixth round.

Guilbeau is a player who probably should've stayed at Texas for another year, but the DB-desperate Steelers take a flier on the perimeter-only corner with decent mirroring skills in the seventh round.

Burke gets to stay home and lands with a team who could try to mold the 6'6", 270-pound ball of clay into an eventual sub-package defender on run downs.
