The College Football Playoff Committee released their first playoff rankings of the year tonight, and the Texas Longhorns come in at No.11 on the list.
The 7-2 Longhorns are coming off a huge win against Vanderbilt and they're ranked one spot ahead of Oklahoma, which is another bonus win for the team.

For how the season started off, being at No.11 right now is a huge victory for the team. This season has already felt incredibly long due to the amount of ups and downs that everyone's been through surrounding Arch Manning and his overall performance this year.
One thing's for sure, this 2025 Texas Longhorns team is filled with heart and determination. Despite going through a number of struggles both inside of the program and out, they're still fighting each and every week to be better than the week before.
