Texas football is going to be represented very well this week as 10 former Longhorns will be playing in the AFC and NFC championship games this upcoming weekend.
It's always nice to hear about former Texas players doing well at the next level, but being the most represented program in such a high-level group of games is incredibly impressive.
New England Patriots (1)
S Brenden Schooler - Key special teamer
Denver Broncos (5)
CB Jahdae Barron - Starting cornerback
QB Sam Ehlinger - No.2 quarterback for the game with Bo Nix injured
WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey - Rotational wide reciever
S P.J. Locke - Starting free safety
DT Malcolm Roach - Starting defensive tackle
Seattle Seahawks (2)
DT Byron Murphy II - Starting defensive tackle (one of the best in the league in 2025)
P Michael Dickson - Starting punter
Las Angeles Rams (2)
WR Jordan Whittington - Rotational wide reciever
DT Poona Ford - Starting defensive tackle
If you count non-active guys, the Longhorns actually have 13 total players on these teams as S Brandon Jones, S Quandre Diggs, and DT Bill Norton are all on injured reserve or the practice squad for their respective teams.

It's pretty safe to say that Texas is consistently chock-full of talent and knows how to get players to the league each and every year.
Longhorn Nation is going to be watching the games this weekend to see how these former players do, and there's a very good chance that they'll be playing big roles in each matchup.
