This year's crop of potential NFL Draft prospects began showing up for the 2026 NFL Combine on Monday, and things began to get going over the past few days in Indianapolis.
The players have been broken down into position groups for measurements and on-field drills that began yesterday afternoon. 7 Texas players are currently participating in the event, and we're going to provide their measureables and testing data below as they begin to become available:
LB/DE Trey Moore
Height/weight - 6'2", 243 lbs.
Arm length - 31 5/8"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 10 1/2"
40-yard dash - 4.54 seconds
10-yard split - 1.6 seconds
Vertical jump - 38.5"
Broad jump - 10' 0"
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - 4.43 seconds
Bench press - N/A
Overall, Moore blew scouts away with his 40-yard dash time on Thursday. He was projected to run in the mid-late 4.6's heading into the event, so he definitely helped himself with that time. He looked pretty fluid throughout his on-field drillwork as well, so it'll be interesting to see where analysts have him ranked after this weekend.
LB Anthony Hill Jr.
Height/weight - 6'2", 238 lbs.
Arm length - 32 3/8"
Wingspan - 79"
Hand size - 9 5/8"
40-yard dash - 4.51 seconds
10-yard split - 1.58 seconds
Vertical jump - 37"
Broad jump - 10' 5"
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - N/A
Bench press - 21 reps
Hill Jr. also helped his draft stock yesterday with his 37" vertical and 40-time. He's an exceptionally loose and twitchy athlete, and he's already getting late 1st-round love by Daniel Jeremiah following his performance in the on-field drills.
CB Malik Muhammad
Height/weight - 6'0", 182 lbs.
Arm length - 32 3/8"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 9 7/8"
40-yard dash - 4.42 seconds
10-yard split - 1.51 seconds
Vertical jump - 39"
Broad jump - 10' 10"
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - N/A
Bench press - N/A
Muhammad tested pretty well, as he was projected to. He did a great job on the field as well which helped solidify his draft stock though it would've been nice to see him weigh-in closer to 190lbs.
S Michael Taaffe
Height/weight - 6'0", 190 lbs.
Arm length - 29 1/4"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 9 3/8"
40-yard dash - 4.5 seconds
10-yard split - 1.58 seconds
Vertical jump - N/A
Broad jump - N/A
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - N/A
Bench press - N/A
Taaffe also had a great day in Indianapolis, showing off his sure hands and movement ability during drills. He has such a smooth lateral shuffle and looks incredibly comfortable flipping his hips when transitioning from a strafe to sprint.
CB Jaylon Guilbeau
Height/weight - 5'11", 190 lbs.
Arm length - 30 1/8"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 9 1/4"
Guilbeau measured/weighed in at the combine, but he didn't participate in on-field testing or drills. He'll do those things at Texas' 2026 pro day.
TE Jack Endries
Height/weight - 6'5", 245 lbs.
Arm length - 31 1/8"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 9 5/8"
40-yard dash - 4.68 seconds
10-yard split - 1.64 seconds
Vertical jump - 36"
Broad jump - 9' 11"
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - N/A
Bench press - N/A
Endries looked good in the gauntlet drill and ran great routes at the combine, which was pretty on par with what he's known for. The 40-yard dash time was a bit low, but it shouldn't affect him too much. I'd say he had a solid day. He didn't look bad, but he didn't blow anyone away either.
OG D.J. Campbell
Height/weight - 6'3", 313 lbs.
Arm length - 34 1/4"
Wingspan - N/A
Hand size - 10 1/4"
40-yard dash - 5.01 seconds
10-yard split - 1.76 seconds
Vertical jump - 26.5"
Broad jump - 8' 8"
3-cone drill - N/A
20-yard shuttle - N/A
Bench press - N/A
Campbell impressed scouts with his 40 time, and he moved pretty well in most of the drills. He definitely helped himself this weekend, despite not getting too much publicity.
