Ole Miss. 6-2 (2-2 SEC). . 7. . . Week 9 Result: 26-14 win vs. Oklahoma. . . 532

Last week: 9 (+2)

While Ole Miss won comfortably over Oklahoma at home in Week 9, it still wasn't the prettiest effort by the Rebels' offense. Oklahoma's defense held Ole Miss to under 70 rushing yards on 31 carries. Ole Miss's passing game also only managed one passing touchdown, as the Rebels clearly missed star wide receiver Tre Harris due to an injury in this game.

. 6. 523. . Alabama. . . Week 9 Result: 34-0 win vs. Mizzou. . 6-2 (3-2 SEC)

Last week: 6 (--)

Alabama and first-year head coach Kalen DeBoer put together their best defensive performance of the season in a 34-0 shutout win at home over Mizzou last weekend. The Tide ran all over the Mizzou defense, with over 250 rushing yards and multiple rushing scores.

Before the LSU game next weekend, Alabama has the week off to rest up and prepare for the big-time road trip to Baton Rouge on Nov. 9.

Week 9 Result: 38-23 loss @ Texas A&M. . . 6-2 (3-1 SEC). . 5. LSU. . . 529

Last week: 4 (-1)

The hot start for LSU on both sides of the ball last weekend in College Station against Texas A&M couldn't carry through the end of the game. Texas A&M outscored LSU by a margin of over 30 points in the second half to cruise to a 38-23 win at Kyle Field.

LSU and Alabama both have bye weeks before these two ranked squads meet at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge in a couple of weeks.

Tennessee. . 6-1 (3-1 SEC). . 4. . 534. . . Week 9 Result: BYE

Last week: 5 (+1)

Tennessee was able to rest up and get healthy before a stretch run that features five games in the month of November, with three coming at Neyland Stadium at home over the next four weeks.

The Vols face Kentucky next, which should be a manageable victory for Tennessee and head coach Josh Heupel this weekend given the offensive struggles for the Wildcats lately.
