. 2-7 (0-5 SEC). Miss St. . Week 10 Result: 45-20 win vs. UMass. . 15. . 530.

Last week: 15 (--)

The Mississippi State Bulldogs snapped a long losing skid in a "buy game" (reportedly worth well under $1 million) against the UMass Minutemen last weekend. Mississippi State probably would've hoped to beat UMass a bit more convincingly, considering the Bulldogs faced one of the worst teams in the FBS.

Kentucky. Week 10 Result: 28-18 loss vs. Tennessee. . . . . 3-6 (1-6 SEC). 14. . 528

Last week: 14 (--)

Head coach Mark Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats go into the bye week after another frustrating loss to a ranked opponent at home this season, falling short of the No. 7 Tennessee Volunteers 28-18. Kentucky's offense struggled to manage turnovers again, and the defense was gashed for over 450 yards for the third straight week.

Kentucky was really banged up last week, so the bye week comes at a good time for the Wildcats to rest up and get healthier for down the stretch.

. Week 10 Result: 17-7 loss vs. Vanderbilt. . 525. Auburn. . 13. 3-6 (1-5 SEC). .

Last week: 13 (--)

The offense continues to be stagnant for head coach Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers this season. Freeze and Auburn have been brutalized by quarterback Diego Pavia, who has now lost to the Vanderbilt Commodores dual-threat twice with the Tigers and three times total as an FBS head coach.

. . Week 10 Result: 34-20 loss vs. Georgia. . 12. 4-4 (2-3 SEC). . Florida. . 526

Last week: 12 (--)

The unfortunate injury luck for the Florida Gators continued last weekend, losing another quarterback due to a lower-body injury over the weekend. True freshman dual-threat quarterback DJ Lagway suffered an injury in the second quarter for the Gators in the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party against the Georgia Bulldogs.

Despite the injury to Lagway that knocked him out of the contest in the first half, Florida still stuck with Georgia until the fourth quarter in the Cocktail Party, eventually leading to a 34-20 defeat for the Gators and head coach Billy Napier.

It looks likely that Florida will be starting third-string quarterback, redshirt freshman Aidan Walker, in Week 11 on the road in Austin against No. 5 Texas football.
