Week 7 was an excellent week for SEC football in general. There were upsets, unusually close games, and blowouts littered throughout the conference games on Saturday.
One of the absolute best games of the day ended up being the Red River Rivalry, where the Texas Longhorns were able to finally execute their offense on a fairly consistent basis for four quarters. Arch Manning looked great throughout the entire game and he was undoubtedly the main reason why the Longhorns had as much success as they did.
The defense also played lights-out again, sacking Oklahoma QB John Mateer five times and intercepting him three times on Saturday.
Let's take a look at how the rest of the SEC did this past weekend:

Texas heads to Kentucky in week 8 to take on a reeling Wildcats squad that can't seem to get anything going on offense or defense in 2025.
Let's hope that Steve Sarkisian and the Longhorns' offense can use the Oklahoma win as a springboard going forward.
