Against the odds, the Texas Longhorns' postseason continues today in the NCAA Tournament as they take on the Xavier Musketeers in the First Four round of the Big Dance.

A deep run in the tournament is far from certain but this game is the first step for the Horns to make their presence known on the collegiate stage once again. The First Four round consists of four play-in games for the No. 16 and No. 11 seeds to clinch their spots in the field of 64.

Last night, Alabama State defeated St. Francis (PA) and North Carolina defeated San Diego State to win the first two play-in games. Now, Texas will face Xavier after American faces Mount St. Marys.
