We're a little over 24 hours away from kickoff for Texas' 2025 home opener against San Jose State, and only two players appear to be on the Longhorns' injury report as of right now. Luckily, Texas seems to be one of the more healthy teams in college football right now, which is more than a lot of other programs can say about themselves heading into this weekend.

Let's take a look at who's in and who's out for the San Jose State matchup.

OUT:

OL Andre Cojoe - Season-ending knee injury suffered in 2025 fall camp.

Questionable:

WR Emmett Mosley V - Currently battling a leg-injury that's been acting up over the past few weeks. He missed week one's matchup against Ohio State and is officially "questionable" for week two.

According to Steve Sarkisian, if Mosley V does play it'll be in limited action:

"I’m not in a rush with him, because when we get him out there, I want to make sure he’s healthy."

With Cojoe out, it looks like true freshman OT Nick Brooks is the top backup at right tackle with guys like Jaydon Chatman and Robert Sweeney in the mix behind him. Chatman is currently the backup left tackle as well.

If Mosley V is forced to miss the game, true freshman Daylan McCutcheon and RS sophomore Ryan Niblett could be the top two options to pick up the slack behind Ryan Wingo, DeAndre Moore Jr., and Parker Livingstone on Saturday. Another true freshman, Kaliq Lockett, could also see some playing time in this one.

Kickoff is currently scheduled for 12 PM EST/11 AM CST, at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
