The rest of this list consists of potential targets of the 2021 and 2022 Texas football recruiting classes on the same 7-on-7 team. The first up is the unranked 2022 Pearland, TX, native and Shadow Creek High School product Randy Masters.

So far, Masters holds seven schools on his growing offer sheet. His offers came from the Vanderbilt Commodores, SMU Mustangs, Houston Cougars, reigning national champion LSU Tigers, South Carolina Gamecocks, Tennessee Volunteers, and Utah State Aggies.

The 6-foot and 160 pound wideout is one of the faster prospects that the Longhorns could target among the in-state 2022 players at the position. He has good speed, which is something he can put on display at regional combines and 7-on-7’s during the 2020 offseason.

Masters is also reportedly set to take a visit with the in-state rival Texas A&M Aggies soon. This could be a big tournament for his exposure if All-EN has its usual solid showing. The 2020 offseason should really be the coming out party for Masters.
