Yet another name on this list for the Texas football program to potentially look into that could be a good fit but couldn’t really find his footing at his original signing spot is redshirt senior Clayton Bradley. What works out for Bradley here is the path to playing time on one side of the line with the Longhorns.

The former four-star recruit and Anaheim, CA, native signed with his original program, the USC Trojans, a while back. He signed with USC even before current head coach Clay Helton took over. If Bradley had decided to stay with USC, he might be competing for more snaps in 2020. But he could be looking for a bigger role just in general.

Missing a lot of his career due to injuries, Bradley might be the overall oldest and one of the most experienced offensive tackles in the transfer portal this year. He signed with USC in their 2015 recruiting class, and he still has one year of eligibility left. Texas could take advantage of how he would fill a niche role on the Forty Acres.

The 6-foot-5 and 300 pound fleet-of-foot lineman Bradley has now played in more than two dozen games in his collegiate career. But three games into the 2019 season, Bradley injured his back and would miss the remainder of the year.

His next program that lands him out of the transfer portal will have to be hoping for better luck on the injury front with Bradley.
