Who’s still remaining among former Longhorns?

There’s three other former Longhorns could get their shot at the next level as undrafted free agent signings this offseason. Following the 2020 NFL Draft, various teams are already starting to fill out the rest of their roster with a number of undrafted free agent signings.

Parker Braun, Offensive Guard

The former Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets graduate transfer offensive guard Parker Braun was the only haul out of the NCAA Transfer Portal last offseason for head coach Tom Herman and offensive line coach Herb Hand. He didn’t have his best season during his senior campaign, but his high motor and versatility blocking for different run schemes should help him find a good landing spot in the NFL.

Jeffrey McCulloch, Linebacker

A definite name to watch that shouldn’t be flying this far under the radar is standout linebacker Jeffrey McCulloch. This 6-foot-3 and 245 pound linebacker was very multiple during his four-year playing career on the Forty Acres. He registered just shy of 100 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, three pass deflections, one interception, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in his college career.

John Burt, Wide Receiver

Any NFL team that is seeking out a real speedster should look no further in this undrafted free agent market that’s remaining than 6-foot-3 and 205 pound wide receiver John Burt. A five-year playing career at Texas saw Burt suit up under the direction of two different head coaches and offensive coordinators.
