Ryan Niblett, WR

The 5-foot-11 and 170-pound Aldine Eisenhower (TX) wide receiver Ryan Niblett is one of the emerging targets of the Longhorns 2023 class to watch moving forward. As the attention turns to the 2023 class for the Longhorns on the recruiting trail after the Early Signing Period concluded last month, Niblett is the type of target that is important to watch at a position of need.

It looks like Texas already found itself among some of the top schools for Niblett, but he hasn’t really narrowed down any sort of finalist group of schools by way of any media outlet or social media of late. Texas does have an offer out to Niblett already, and he does remain active on social media as it pertains to the Longhorns.

Niblett also chimed in on the hype building around Texas hiring Marion as the next wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator on social media this week. It’s exciting to see the reaction that Niblett apparently had to this hiring of Marion as the next Texas wide receivers coach. He is definitely one of the most talented wideout targets for the Longhorns 2023 class.

While Pitt never offered Marion while he was their wide receivers coach, it is clear that he had an impact on Niblett during his time at other stops before Texas hired him this week. Marion was a tremendous recruiter around the state of Texas during his time with Pitt. And he really could have that type of lightning in a bottle impact on the Longhorns 2023 and 2024 classes.
