For the second straight weekend, Texas football hosted more than a dozen recruits from the high school ranks for camp evaluation on the trail. Texas and head coach Steve Sarkisian hosted a few dozen visiting recruits for the Texas Elite Camp a couple of weekends ago, which namely featured key targets of the 2025 and 2026 recruiting classes.

Last weekend, Sark and the Longhorns staff hosted more than a dozen recruits that are mainly underclassmen at the high school ranks in the 2025, 2026, and even the 2027 classes for the Mega Camp. Almost all of the recruits that camped at Texas last weekend for the Mega Camp festivities didn’t hold an offer, at least before the evaluations took place on June 11.

The Mega Camp started for the Longhorns on the afternoon of June 11, with Session 1 meant for the evaluations for the skill positions among high school underclassmen. The second session of the Mega Camp was for linemen of all grades in high school on both sides of the ball.

And then, the camp rounded out over the weekend with Session 3 being reserved for the upperclassmen at the skill positions.

There were already a couple of offers handed out to some of the recruits that camped at Texas last weekend. And we expect at least a couple more offers to be handed out to some of the Mega Camp visitors in the near future.

With all of this in mind, here’s a look at four Mega Camp recruits for the Longhorns that impressed during the evaluation sessions last weekend.
