Dia Bell has been committed to the Texas Longhorns for nearly a year and the five-star quarterback has visited the Horns numerous times, including the summer football camp in 2024 and an official visit scheduled for June 2025.

However, three other powerhouse schools are on the hunt to flip Bell's commitment and bring him into their program.

The Georgia Bulldogs, LSU Tigers, and Ohio State Buckeyes are all putting in work to try to convince Bell to decommit from the Longhorns, despite his keep interest in Texas and coach Steve Sarkisian.

"I feel very strong. I mean, I've been committed to them for, feels like forever," Bell said. "At this point, just making sure I get ready to have a great senior year and get ready for the next level when it comes."

Bell went on to talk about how great the relationships are that he has built with the Longhorn coaching staff and shared that his feeling about the program only gets better after every conversation. He also shared that he wants to keep working to build Texas' incoming classes so that he is surrounded by the best talent when he's playing for the Horns.

"LSU, Georgia, Ohio State are the three probably that are still trying to recruit," Bell said. "I still take their calls, I like to hear what they have to say cause the world we live in, with college football, coaches can end up anywhere the next day, so I like to make sure I keep in contact with those coaches."

Bell is set to take his official visit with Texas over the weekend of June 20, and despite other schools' best efforts, it sounds like the young quarterback is excited to be a Longhorn.
