Texas Football is set to play in their biggest SEC game against the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday night. This has significant implications on who is favored to win the SEC and College Football Playoff implications for later this season.

There is a reason why this game is in the prime time slot on ABC at 6:30 CT. The Longhorns are looking to prove that they are the number-one team in the nation. Here are five bold predictions for Texas Football against the Bulldogs on Saturday night.

Texas football bold predictions: 5. Quinn Ewers will have a flawless game against Georgia

My first bold prediction is senior quarterback Quinn Ewers will have one of the best games of his collegiate career. I'm not saying he will have a perfect passer rating and not miss a single pass attempt.

Ewers' flawless game will come from all aspects of his ability to navigate and move the ball down the field. Ewers must make smart decisions like throwing the ball to the sidelines to avoid losing yardage on plays. His NFL Draft stock would rise if he does have the best game of his career.

4. Quintrevion Wisner runs for over 200 yards

Longhorns Sophomore running back Quintrevion Wisner had one of the best games of his collegiate career against the Oklahoma Sooners last week. Minus the fumble, he finished the game with 118 yards rushing and one touchdown.

This week, Wisner will be called upon again to help Ewers move the ball down the field against the Bulldogs. He must be patient and wait for the running lane to open against this aggressive Bulldogs' defense. NFL teams would start looking at his ability to run the ball if he plays a huge role in Saturday's game.

3. The receiving core has a massive field day

After having an okay game against the Sooners last weekend, the Longhorns' receiving core should have a better game against the Bulldogs. My third bold prediction is that they will accumulate over 250 yards combined against the Bulldogs' secondary.

I'm sure Texas head football coach Steve Sarkisian reviewed how the Bulldogs' secondary covers receivers and has developed a good game plan. Expect the passing game to be a factor this week against the Bulldogs.

2. Carson Beck will have a rough night

Bulldogs Senior quarterback Carson Beck will give the Longhorns some fits throughout the game. However, I think the Longhorns' defense could take him out of the running for the Heisman race tonight by sacking him. I think the Longhorns' defensive line will sack him more than eight times on Saturday.

They did an excellent job against the Sooners containing Michael Hawkins Jr. With how well they did against the Sooners, I wonder if they will carry that momentum into this week's game against Georgia.

1. Longhorns' secondary gets five interceptions

To follow up on the previous point, my last bold prediction is that the Longhorns will have more than four interceptions against the Bulldogs' offense. If the Longhorns' defensive line can get to Beck and force him to make bad throws, they can pick off his ill-advised passes.

In order to get more than four interceptions, the Longhorns' secondary must play the best coverage on Bulldogs without committing penalties. If the Longhorns can do that, they should win the game on Saturday.
