Dia Bell is one of the many highlights of Texas's class of 2026 prospects, which currently ranks fifth in the nation. Now, the five-star quarterback is trying to add yet another blue-chip prospect to his future roster.
After Jake Kreul, a five-star EDGE prospect, announced his decision day would be on Aug. 12, Bell jumped into action, reminding him that he was a fellow Floridian and the Florida to Texas pipeline was white hot.
"You know what it is [Jake Kreul]. Come on home! FL [to] ATX," Bell wrote on social media. "Hook'Em, All Gas '26."
Kreul's decision is between the Horns, the Oklahoma Sooners, and the Ole Miss Rebels, and the five-star prospect is set to make his announcement on ESPN's College Football Live. To put it lightly, he is a highly coveted prospect, and it was a big step for Texas to end up in his final three.

The young edge rusher currently holds 48 offers from Division I programs, including projected College Football Playoff contenders like Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, and more.
Kreul even has offers from all four of his home state's top programs: the Florida Gators, Miami Hurricanes, Florida State Seminoles, and UCF Knights. However, he has looked elsewhere for his future, specifically focusing on some of the top programs in the SEC.
In response to Bell's motivational response for Kreul to commit to Texas, the EDGE simply responded with the two-eyed emoji, indicating he had definitely seen and understood the message.
Currently, On3 and Rivals have Kreul crystal-balled to commit to the Sooners, which would sting more than anything. However, the site still has the Ohio State Buckeyes and Gators in the running, despite neither program being in Kreul's final three.
A commitment from Kreul could easily push the Longhorns' recruitment class to No. 4 or No. 3 in the country, leapfrogging the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and possibly the Oregon Ducks. Currently, the USC Trojans have the top class in the nation, followed by the Georgia Bulldogs.
