Most people have grown used to college football players entering the NFL Draft before they're old enough to drink, but when Anthony Hill Jr. talked about one former NFL great, he truly showed everyone just how young he is (and maybe just how old everybody else in the room was).

At the 2026 NFL Combine, Hill took the podium with so much energy and confidence that it captured the attention of every media member in attendance.

Then, he talked about the fact that he didn't know who Charles Tillman was until he used him in the Madden video game.

For reference, Tillman was in the league until 2015, just over a decade before Hill stepped up to the mic to talk about his hopeful future in the NFL.

Tillman played for the Bears for 12 seasons and was a two-time Pro Bowler during that stretch. While at Chicago, he set two NFL records: the most forced fumbles in a season (10) and the most forced fumbles in a game (4). He finished his professional career with one season for the Carolina Panthers.

Despite not knowing who Tillman was until very recently, Hill met with the legendary defensive back's former franchise, the Chicago Bears, earlier in the week, hoping to spark interest from the team's leadership as he headed into the Combine and waited for the Draft.

Despite being an absolute stud for the Texas Longhorns over the last few years, people are projecting that Hill will be a Day 2 pick, meaning he won't hear his name called until the second or third round.

While at Texas, Hill amassed 250 total tackles (138 solo), 17 sacks, eight forced fumbles, four pass deflections, and three interceptions for 35 yards. Making his stats even more impressive, he did all of that in just three years with the Horns.

Defensive linemen and linebackers are scheduled compete at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 2 to 7 p.m. CT. The 2026 NFL Draft is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, with the second and third rounds unfolding on Day 2 (April 24).
