Arch Manning played out of his absolute mind against the Arkansas Razorbacks, quite literally leading the Texas Longhorns to the big-time win over their long-time rivals.
Yes, his 389 passing yards for four touchdowns through the air were more than impressive, especially as he completed 60 percent of his pass attempts and had zero interceptions.
However, his throwing game wasn't the true highlight of Manning's evening as Texas's QB cemented himself in the Horns' record books and made program history in just one day.
Arch Manning has unbelievable game vs. Arkansas
For the first time in the history of Texas football, a player had at least one passing touchdown, one rushing touchdown, and one receiving touchdown in a single game. That player? Well, none other than Manning himself.
After opening up the afternoon with a passing touchdown to DeAndre Moore Jr., Manning himself caught the ball in the end zone off a pass from his roommate, Texas wide receiver Parker Livingstone.
Then, he earned another passing touchdown in the first half, returning the favor to give Livingstone a receiving touchdown.
To cap off the Horns' first drive of the second half, Manning had a three-yard rushing touchdown, completing the trifecta for the quarterbacks' touchdowns against Arkansas.
Manning's performance not only led the Longhorns to their win over the Razorbacks, but it was the kind of game that made him look like the Heisman-worthy quarterback everybody thought he was going to be this year.
Not to mention, Manning's six total touchdowns were the second-most in program history, only trailing Clyde Littlefield's seven-touchdown (four passing, three receiving) performance against Daniel Baker College in 1915.
Arch Manning is the first quarterback in Texas Football history to record a passing, rushing AND receiving touchdown in the same game🤘🏼

With the win, No. 17 Texas improved to 8-3 overall and 5-2 in SEC play (only losing to Florida and Georgia). Meanwhile, unranked Arkansas dropped to 2-9 overall and continued its winless conference season, falling to 0-7 in SEC play.
Up next, the Horns host their in-state rivals, the Texas A&M Aggies, who are currently ranked No. 3 in the country and are 11-0 overall, to close out the regular season. Texas and Texas A&M are scheduled to kick off at 6:30 p.m. CT on Friday, Nov. 28, and the game will be aired on ABC.
