Longhorns defensive ends coach LaAllan Clark has been in constant contact with Kreul for a while now, and it's no secret that Clark and the rest of this Longhorns defensive staff will be anxiously awaiting his decision next week.

The 6'3", 230-pound edge rusher is incredibly advanced in his movement skills and pass rush repertoire, consistently being able to beat blockers with above-average hand fighting skills and hip flexibility. He has excellent measureables as well, specifically when it comes to his length and body composition. His wingspan of 78.8" is already larger than some of the players selected in the 2025 NFL Draft, such as Marshall's Mike Green, who was selected in Round 2.
Adding Kreul to a position room that's already stacked with the likes of Colin Simmons, Colton Vasek, Zina Umeozulu, Justus Terry, Smith Orogbo, and Lance Jackson would represent a nasty embarrassment of riches over the next few seasons.
