It wasn't the postseason game that the Longhorns thought they would be in, but after Texas defeated the Michigan Wolverines in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, everyone was... well, cheesing.
With a 41-27 in their pockets, the Horns finished the year with a 10-3 record, but the best thing from the season was arguably the postgame celebration for the bowl game.

With wins over the Oklahoma Sooners and the Texas A&M Aggies, and a postseason win, the Longhorns should be happy with their season but not satisfied quite yet.

From crackers all over the field to celebratory shouting, the Longhorns celebrated to every extent possible, and that's exactly what they should do after that performance.

People made fun of the team for only making it to the Citrus Bowl, but after the game, it clearly didn't matter to the Longhorns as they celebrated their win, which was undeniably the cheesiest of the day.

While the Longhorns didn't make it to the College Football Playoff for a third season in a row, Texas made the most out of the end of the year. The Horns only lost three games, including the first game of the season against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Next season, led by Manning and a slew of other young starters, the Horns will try to return to the playoffs and try to do even better with their SEC schedule.
