The hate between the Texas Longhorns and the Arkansas Razorbacks is long-lived and unforgettable. As the No. 3 Horns took the field ahead of their matchup with the Hogs, the Arkansas student section made sure the hate was apparent.

However, Texas embraced the Horns down, the screaming, the jeering, and more with a smile on the face and their team's name proudly across their chests.

The last time the Horns visited Fayetteville, it was head coach Steve Sarkisian's first season with Texas and the No. 15 Longhorns had their teeth kicked in, losing 40-21 against the unranked Razorbacks.

Now, the Horns are part of the SEC, 8-1 overall, and coming off a season that ended with a berth in the College Football Playoffs.

Throughout the hate-filled rivalry, the team has shared the field 79 times. As Texas and Arkansas enter their 80th matchup, the Horns hold a massive advantage over the Hogs, winning over 70 percent of the games. Throughout history, Texas has won 56 of the 79 games between the two programs, leaving only 23 wins to Arkansas and the two teams have never tied.

Arkansas holds the current win streak with two wins in a row against Texas (2014, 2021) and the Hogs already upset the then-No. 4 Tennessee Volunteers when they came to town. The Razorbacks and head coach Sam Pittman are looking to upset yet another UT when they take the field against Texas.

The No. 3 Longhorns and the Razorbacks are scheduled to kick off at noon ET / 11 a.m. CT on ABC and ESPN+ from Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville. AR.
