Yes, coaching salaries are made public every year, but with how well Texas football is funded and how wealthy the boosters are, things have skyrocketed recently in terms of coaching compensation.

They undoubtedly deserve the money, seeing as how successful the Longhorns have been over the past 4-5 seasons. Everyone on the staff was obviously hand-picked by Steve Sarkisian himself, and quite a few of them are the highest-paid at their positions in all of college football.

DC Will Muschamp: $2,700,00

OL Coach Kyle Flood: $1,525,000

TE Coach/STC Jeff Banks: $1,200,000

LB Coach Johnny Nansen: $1,200,000

DL Coach Kenny Baker: $950,000

DPGC/Secondary Coach Blake Gideon: $800,000

Co-OC/QB Coach A.J. Milwee: $700,000

WR Coach Chris Jackson: $700,000

Cornerbacks Coach Mark Orphey: $650,000

Co-OPGC/Asst. QB Coach Michael Bimonte: $400,000

DE Coach LaAllan Clark: $400,000

*Note - New DT Coach Kwahn Drake's salary hasn't been announced yet, as he was just hired a couple of days ago.

It's going to be extremely interesting to see how well the team operates this season with Blake Gideon back on the defensive staff, and Jabbar Juluke leading the running back room in 2026.
