By Marc Henry
As the June visits for Texas football recruits approach, several crucial targets are high on the recruiting board. These targets include four five-star recruits and a talented offensive tackle who has the potential to solidify the trenches for the Longhorns in the future.
These visits are critical as Texas aims to solidify its 2025 recruiting class by securing top talent that can contribute to its future success. Here are five key prospects in the 2025 class with June visits set.
1. Michael Fasusi, (OT) Lewisville High School
Visit Date: June 21
Attributes: Fasusi boasts impressive physical traits, great length, and stoutness in the run game. These attributes make him a true left tackle prospect. He is one of the top-rated offensive linemen in the country (No. 3 offensive tackle in On3 Industry Ranking) and would be a key piece for the Longhorns in the trenches.
2. Michael Terry III, (ATH) Alamo Heights High School
Visit Date: June 6
Attributes: A versatile player capable of impacting both sides of the ball. Terry III has a big, physical frame, with a combination of speed and power and great length. He is a high priority for Texas.
3. Dakorien Moore, (WR) Duncanville High School
Visit Date: June 14
Status: Recently decommitted from LSU
Attributes: Rated as the top wide receiver prospect in the 2025 class, Moore is known for his speed, precise route running, strong and reliable hands, and big play potential. A two-time state champ at Duncanville, Moore also set a national record for the Panthers track team as part of the 4x200 relay. Moore checks off all the boxes at the wide receiver position. Oregon and Ohio State are in the mix as well.
4. Jaime Ffrench, (WR) Mandarin High School (Fla)

Attributes: Ffrench is high on Texas's board and is recognized for his excellent route running, physicality at the point of attack, and ability to make big plays. A big-body target who fights off press coverage well and a player who can turn a short grab into a house call for six, Ffrench is a dynamic playmaker with the ball in his hands.
5. Lamont Rodgers, (OL) Mesquite Horn High School
Visit Date: June 14
Attributes: Standing at 6-foot-6 and 300 pounds, Rodgers has great length and nimble feet and moves well in space. Lamont has all the tools of an elite tackle prospect and would be a great addition in the trenches for the Longhorns.
His clean footwork in pass protection, combined with his extended reach, enables him to be dominant and get control of his opponent at engagement. Rodgers could be a key piece for Texas in the 2025 recruiting class.
These visits are crucial for Texas as they aim to secure commitments from some of the top talents in the 2025 recruiting class. With the Longhorns on the verge of their first season in the SEC, securing the commitment of these five players would go a long way in building for the future as Texas looks to establish itself as a national power on the gridiron.
