Texas football is looking to have a big group of visiting recruits for the annual Orange-White spring football game at DKR in Austin on April 20. Texas and head coach Steve Sarkisian are likely to have upward of two dozen visiting recruits from the 2025, 2026, and 2027 classes on campus for the Orange-White game this spring.

The biggest name to reportedly schedule an unofficial trip to Texas for the Orange-White Game on April 20 is the elite five-star Fulshear (TX) Katy Jordan wide receiver Andrew Marsh.

Texas football to host elite 2025 WR Andrew Marsh for a spring game visit in April

Inside Texas reported on Feb. 14 that Marsh said "he will take an unofficial visit to Texas" for the spring football game in late April.

This is the first visit Marsh has scheduled to see Texas since the start of the 2024 offseason. Marsh has visited Texas multiple times, though, since last spring.

Marsh has already taken visits to see the Texas A&M Aggies and Kentucky Wildcats early this offseason. Texas A&M is among the top group of schools in contention in Marsh's recruitment, thanks to the relationship he has with new Aggies' wide receivers coach Holmon Wiggins.

The Michigan Wolverines, LSU Tigers, and USC Trojans are also some of the top schools in the race to land a commitment from Marsh entering the spring.

Marsh has built a good relationship with Texas WR coach Chris Jackson

Since he was hired early last offseason, Chris Jackson has built a great relationship with Marsh and his camp. Jackson and Sarkisian are reportedly in constant communication with Marsh as he is one of their top in-state priorities at wideout in the 2025 class.

Marsh is one of the wideouts at the top of the big board for the Longhorns in the 2025 class, along with Duncanville five-star/LSU commit Dakorien Moore, Mater Dei high-four-star Marcus Harris, and Sacshe five-star Kaliq Lockett, among a handful of others.
