The Texas Longhorns blew the doors off the Baylor Bears in a dominant 7-0 victory to send the Bears home and punch their ticket to the Super Regionals of the NCAA Softball Tournament, for the seventh season in a row.
As the Horns prepare for their next matchup, where they will face the Arizona State Sun Devils, it isn't always a bad thing to look back.
That's especially true when it's about Texas's celebration for the win over Baylor, which included one extremely unique aspect that even got head coach Mike White involved.
After securing the shutout victory, the Longhorns swarmed their head coach, and infielder MaTaia Lawson made sure he looked the part, placing a brunette bob on White's head, giving the normally bald leader a new hairdo.

The bob was certainly a look for the head coach from Down Under, a New Zealand native. However, when you shut out a former conference opponent to advance to the Super Regional, anything is an acceptable form of celebration.
Texas softball to host Sun Devils in Super Regional
The Horns will face the Sun Devils in a best-of-three series in Austin, with Texas earning a No. 1 seed in the bracket after winning the SEC Tournament.
Arizona State is a No. 5 seed and got past the McNeese State Cowgirls and none other than the Texas A&M Aggies, winning both matchups against the Longhorns' rivals in the Regional Round.
The Sun Devils are 44-16 overall and are currently on a nine-game winning streak, earning the Big 12 Tournament title just before the NCAA Tournament started.
In comparison, Texas is 45-10 overall, but the Horns are only on a seven-game winning streak after losing their final regular-season series to the Arkansas Razorbacks. However, the Longhorns are fresh off three dominant performances in the Regional Round.
Texas got past Wagner in the first game of the tournament, winning 9-1, before run-ruling the Wisconsin Badgers for a 9-0 victory in just six innings. The 7-0 win over Baylor was their third Regional victory, sending Texas to the Super Regionals.
