Kick off is less than 24 hours away and the Texas Longhorns are about to take on the defending National Champions, the Ohio State Buckeyes, on their home turf.

Following a highly physical season and an extremely lengthy off-season, the Horns avoided a majority of possible injuries as they prepared for one of the biggest games of the entire year.

However, just a few weeks ago, veteran offensive lineman Andre Cojoe injured his knee, depleating an already-depleated O-Line unit that is undergoing a massive rebuilding phase.

Four of the five starting linemen (center Jake Majors, left tackle Kelvin Banks Jr., left guard Hayden Conner, and right tackle Cameron Williams) from last season are now in the NFL. DJ Campbell is the only returning starter and Cojoe was one of the more veteran players on the depth chart.

Which Texas Longhorns are OUT for Week 1?

Cojoe is likely out for the entirety of the season, and fellow offensive lineman Trevor Goosby is likely sidelined for Week 1, currently labeled as "Questionable" on Texas's depth chart.

If both linemen are missing from the lineup, sophomores Brandon Baker and Jaydon Chatman are likely to step up to the plate, followed by true freshman Nick Brooks, at right and lefty tackle.

The third and final Longhorn sidelined for Texas's matchup against the Buckeyes is transfer wide receiver Emmett Mosley V, who came to Austin after a year with the Stanford Cardinal. Redshirt freshman Parker Livingstone and true freshman Jaime Ffrench Jr. are likely replacements for the wideout.

The SEC requires teams to release availability reports ahead of every game, so the Horns will have to let the world know if Cojoe, Goosby, and Mosley are suiting up against the Buckeyes or not.
