Over the last three years, Anthony Hill Jr. became one of the best linebackers in the country as a defensive leader for the Texas Longhorns.
He went on to become a second-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, going to the Tennessee Titans as the 60th overall selection.
Now, after a successful rookie camp, Hill is going through his first spring training with Tennessee, and the former Longhorn is already looking like he will be a serious problem for other teams in the league.
The Titans post a clip of Hill going through a scrimmage rep where he soared into the air and picked off quarterback Hendon Hooker, a former Tennessee Volunteer.

While at Texas, Hill earned just three interceptions throughout his collegiate career. He also amassed 250 total tackles (138 solo), 17 sacks, eight forced fumbles, and four pass deflections. His ball-hawk-like abilities made him an elite player both off the line and as a pass rusher.
Anthony Hill Jr and other Longhorn Legends take on spring camp
Hill isn't the only elite rookie to come out of Texas this year. The Longhorns had six former players selected throughout the 2026 Draft, and even more signed as undrafted free agents.
Cornerback Malik Muhammad was taken in the third round by the Chicago Bears, followed shortly after by edge rusher Trey Moore going to Miami.
Beloved defensive back Michael Taaffe was picked by the Miami Dolphins in the fifth round, reuniting him with his best friend and former Texas quarterback Sam Ehlinger. Offensive guard was a third Longhorn drafted by the Dolphins, getting picked up in the sixth round.
Tight end Jack Endries was the final Texas player drafted in 2026, going to the Cincinnati Bengals as the 221st overall pick.
Hill was the highest pick in the Longhorns' draft class, and so far, he is clearly living up to the hype as a second-round selection.
