Shocking the nation, the Texas Longhorns have danced their way through the NCAA Tournament and into the Sweet 16.
Now, the No. 11-seed Horns, who had to play in the First Four just a few days ago, face the No. 2-seed Purdue Boilermakers for yet another opportunity to pull off an upset.
The best news ahead of the game is that it isn't an early-morning tip-off, and it isn't the last game of the day. As the Longhorns and the Boilermakers prepared to face off, the two teams were scheduled to play at 6:10 p.m. CT, or 4:10 in the afternoon in San Jose, where they're playing.

Especially because they are playing on the West Coast, it's a nice break for teams to not have to play at 9 a.m. PT, which quite a few did throughout the first two rounds of the tournament.
On the other hand, it's really nice not to have to play at 9 p.m. CT, or 7 p.m. PT, as half of the field does between the last four games on Thursday and Friday.

- SOUTH REGION: Illinois vs. Houston at 9:05 p.m. CT (Houston)
For the Sweet 16, the earliest tip-off times are 6:10 p.m. CT, so Texas and Purdue's game will be the first one of the day on Thursday. The final four Sweet 16 games will take place the following day on Friday, March 27.

- MIDWEST REGION: Alabama vs. Michigan at 6:35 p.m. CT (Chicago)

- MIDWEST REGION: Tennessee vs. Iowa State at 9:10 p.m. CT (Chicago)
The winner of Texas versus Purdue will move on to the Elite Eight, where they will face the winner of Arkansas versus Arizona, which tips off at 8:45 p.m. CT on Thursday.
