The other three schools that rounded out Knox's top four finalist schools are the Tennessee Lady Vols, LSU Tigers, and USC Trojans.

Although Texas cracked the top group of finalist schools for Knox, she has yet to schedule an official visit to see head coach Vic Schaefer and the Longhorns. Knox has scheduled official visits to LSU, Tennessee, and USC for August and September.

"Being able to bond with the coach that I’d want to play for and have passion with. The style of play is really important to me, just knowing that I can fit into the program and knowing that I can thrive and become my best self is really important. Location isn’t a big thing for me. I’m willing to go wherever in the country."

Knox mentioned her experience during official visits and her connection with the coaching staff as some of the biggest factors she'll weigh for her decision entering the fall.

Schaefer has done remarkably well with nationwide recruiting for the Longhorns on the trail in the 2025 class this offseason. Texas has been involved in multiple recruitments this summer for some of the top 20 ranked recruits in the nation in the 2025 class, including No. 1 '25 recruit Aaliyah Chavez and No. 2 guard Jazzy Davidson.

Knox is another top 20 ranked recruit in the nation in the 2025 class, according to On3 and ESPN. She ranks as the No. 13 recruit nationally in the 2025 class for ESPN, No. 2 wing, and No. 1 from California.

On3 is slightly lower on Knox, ranking her as the No. 20 prospect nationally in the 2025 class.
