A few days ago, five-star interior offensive lineman Ismael Camara took a fourth unofficial visit to the 40 Acres to see everything that the Texas Longhorns had to offer him.
As a Texas native, Camara hasn't shied away from looking out of state for his future. However, with a recent extra effort for the Horns, things are starting to lean toward burnt orange a little more than they had been previously.
According to Rivals and On3, the Oregon Ducks are the projected frontrunner to land Camara's commitment, with 76.3 percent odds. However, in recent social media activity, which included hinting at a commitment coming soon, Camara was seen in none other than Longhorn gear.
"You can't outwork me," Camara captioned the photo with a green and yellow glove on (a nod to the Ducks), an SMU Mustangs jacket (a nod to another program vying for his commitment), and a Longhorn headband (a nod to his most recent visit).

Despite the clear hints at those three schools, the LSU Tigers are projected as one of the other programs still in the race to earn Camara's commitment, earning 4.5 percent odds from Rivals and On3, more so than the Horns and head coach Steve Sarkisian are.
Texas has just a 3.0 percent chance to land Camara, according to the site's recruiting experts, even with his last-minute visit to the Longhorns after his official visit scheduled at least seemed to conclude.
Ismael Camara's 4th visit to UT may have been all Sark needed
After taking official visits to LSU and Oregon, the five-star interior offensive lineman scheduled his fourth unofficial visit to Texas on Saturday, June 20, and had taken a sixth unofficial visit to SMU just a few weeks earlier.
Additionally, Camara actually cancelled most of his official visits scheduled for the summer, opting to focus on his on-field and in-game production instead of taking advantage of the recruiting process.
Of course, while being two of the programs that are seriously in the hunt for Camara's commitment, it's easier for him to visit the Mustangs and the Longhorns as his in-state programs. However, that fourth trip to Austin seems to have given the Horns a sudden leg up... over the Tigers, at least.
Camara is the No. 4 recruit out of Texas and is also the No. 4 interior offensive lineman in the recruiting cycle. He is rated as the No. 28 overall prospect in the class of 2027.
Before sharing the picture in various teams' gear, Camara also shared a message that made it seem as though a commitment, or at least some announcement, could be coming sooner rather than later.
"Almost there…" Camara shared on X, with a GIF that included the quote, "I hope you ready for what's comin'."

As of now, Camara has yet to set an official decision day for his commitment, but as of right now, it looks like Sarkisian and his staff are doing all of the right things to bring in yet another blue-chip prospect from the class of 2027.
