There is no debating that Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth are Longhorn legends. The two racked up awards while golfing for the University of Texas, including Spieth helping the team secure a National Championship and Scheffler winning a Big 12 Individual title.
Since then, they both have gone on to incredible professional careers, combining to win 33 PGA Tour titles, including seven total Majors.
Now, the two are the only former Horns who qualified for this year's Masters Tournament, but are both set to try to secure yet another green jacket.

Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler PGA Major Championship wins
- Masters Tournament: Spieth 1 (2015), Scheffler 2 (2022, 2024)
- PGA Championship: Scheffler 1 (2025)
- U.S. Open: Spieth 1 (2015)
- The Open Championship: Spieth 1 (2017), Scheffler 1 (2025)
While Spieth has never won the PGA Championship, he did finish second in the 2015 tournament. Similarly, Scheffler has yet to win the U.S. Open, but he finished second at the tournament in 2022.
While Scheffler is hunting down his third green jacket and is considered one of the favorites to make the final cut, Spieth is still trying to refind his footing while hunting down his second green jacket.
